Who Are Harvey Norman’s Customers?
Hi, I am doing a marketing paper for my MBA and have decided to focus on retail companies, primarily Harvey Norman.
Can anybody tell me who the typical Harvey Norman customer is in Australia and is there such a thing as customer loyalty to a retail brand.
E.g. If Harvey Norman for example provided good service or product/price the first time around will that make the customer automatically shop with them again? or do you think consumers make a choice each time they make a buying decision what retailer to shop at based on research they conduct on range, price, etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can’t seem to find much info on Australian retailers, all the text books seem to be US focused.

Gm Certificate For Customer Loyalty?
Has anyone ever gotten a certificate from GM for customer loyalty? I have had problems from the beginning on my SUV and they want to give me this certificate to go towards a new GM vehicle. Does anyone know how much they are good for or the total amount they give? Should I take that certificate for file for lemon law?

Yahoo hosts my 5 web pages and I have a customer loyalty program where customers can earn points. I have software where they can sign up with email addresses and i shall award points according to their purchases. I want to know how I can upload my customer list, my software program (written in php format). Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Annemarie

Help Me In Thinking Of 3 Names For Photo Glossy Paper And 3 Names For Membership Card.?
To explain further, my company intend to launch Photo Glossy Paper with our own brand, and we need a name. As for the Membership Card, my company intend to launch a loyalty membership card to keep customer, just like Jaya Jusco Card, Metrojaya card, bonuslink Card, and etc. However, we do not want the company membership card too restricted to maintain the our main products only, but would like to add on other benefits in future, i.e. special discount on buying consumables, special discount on F&B etc
