Reichheld’s 1996 international bestseller, “The Loyalty Effect”, set out his theory and convincingly established the link between loyalty and bottom-line profits. In “Loyalty Rules”, he moves from theory to practice, using vivid stories from many of today’s most successful companies to illustrate how superior leaders create networks of mutually beneficial, trust-inspiring partnerships between customers, employees, suppliers, and investors.

Here Jeffrey Speaks on the importance of relationship building it relates to the Sales Process. Keeping a connection for the long term There are several elements that must be fully utilized in order to maintain meaningful long-term connections. FIRST, there must be some intellectual or emotional attraction. SECOND, there needs to be some common ground established that is of mutual interest to pursue. THIRD, there must be some commitment to regular communication that has a “give” to it, rather than an “ask.” (In other words, don’t be calling your connection to consistently ask for favors. It gets old. And one day, your calls will go unreturned.) And FOURTH, there must be occasional face-to-face meetings. I belong to the National Speakers Association. I have many friends there, some of whom I only see once or twice a year. Most of them subscribe to my weekly e-mail magazine, or read my column in one of their local business papers. Occasionally I will get an e-mail or a phone call from one of them. All of them are my friends, and spending three or four days at the national convention or the winter workshop is enough to keep the friendship intact. We all have the speaking business in common. And everyone (me included) is looking to build that business. Most of the discussions focus on those issues. And of course there are those anecdotes of what went

MRP Store Display Advice how to build a better scooter shop

Description: A big thanks to Scootertronics for helping us film and our top Armadillo Dealers. MRP is all about helping stores grow and stay in business. After watching 330 stores close in 2009 we set out to make sure we educate as well as sell. The last thing small scooter shops want to do is fill the store with just low end scooters. martinracingperformance.blogspot.com The last thing a store needs is to sell from a catalog. Stocking stores is the way to go. Stores often make the mistake of displaying a catalog that just as easily sells direct to the consumer and around the store when a downturn occurs like in 2009 more stores go out of business because they have lost that customer loyalty. Building a store experience leads to more sales, better ROI, and more customer loyalty.
