Help the company to build, deliver and change a method of having customers rate the service provided to them based on defined measurements and industry standards using available tools. Help the company to analyze the results to create customer actions plans around gaps in expectations. Select a few functional loyalty initiatives around the company’s product or service and set up the process of using the incentives within the company. Create new ideas to assist the company to measure and increase the customer satisfaction and loyalty.
